Sharing your Google account logins is always risky. You can do the following through the Permissions feature of YouTube Studio:
- Manage who is authorized to upload or edit videos.
- Authorize access without sharing your password.
- Disallow access anytime when the work is over.
Step 1: How Owner Can Give Access
Follow these steps if you are the channel owner in inviting someone:
- Open YouTube Studio → Go to studio.youtube.com and sign in.
- Click on Settings from the bottom-left menu.
- Select Settings.
- Head to Permissions inside Settings.
Send Invite
- Click Invite.
- Type the person’s Google email address.
- Select a role (Owner / Manager / Editor / Viewer).
- Click Invite → Save.
